What we collect
When you fill the enquiry form we collect your name and mobile number, and — if you choose to give them — your email, city, qualification, year of graduation and preferred time to call. We also record which advertisement or page brought you here, so we know which of our campaigns are useful.
When we collect it
As soon as you enter your name and mobile number and press Continue — not only when you finish the form. That is deliberate: it means a counsellor can still answer your question if the form is interrupted. If you would rather we did not keep those details, tell us using the contacts below and we will delete them.
Why we collect it
To call you back about admission to the programme you enquired about, and to answer your questions about fees, eligibility and the admission process. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Only the HETA admissions team. We do not sell, rent or share your details with other colleges, consultants or lead-buying companies.
How long we keep it
While your admission enquiry is active, and for up to three years after your last contact with us, so we can answer questions about an application you made. After that we delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights over your information
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete anything that is wrong, ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and you do not have to give a reason. Withdrawing does not undo anything we did while the consent was in force. Write to info@hetacollege.com or call +91 98848 80809 and we will act on it.
Complaints
If something about the way we handle your information is not resolved to your satisfaction, write to our grievance officer at info@hetacollege.com, marked "Grievance — personal data", or call +91 98848 80809. If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Stopping the calls
Tell the counsellor on the call, or write to info@hetacollege.com, and we will stop contacting you and mark your record accordingly.
